Their pricing was fair, and the expectations and project timeline were very thorough and realistic. Sales rep, Anthony, was engaging, answered all questions, and was an excellent representative for his company. Al, the owner, was very professional as he provided final measurements, answered all technical questions, confirmed all parts/materials, laid out the specific scope and timing of the project, and verified the original pricing estimate.
The Install team was focused, knowledgeable and responsive. All replaced doors, woodwork and materials were removed and the site thoroughly cleaned. The Finishing work was nicely completed after inspection, and the painter that Al recommended was experienced and quite reasonable. Dawn managed all Admin components in a friendly and thorough manner.
The County Inspection and My Safe Florida Home Wind Mitigation inspections passed with “flying colors”.
