I made a right decision to choose Advanced Home for impact windows and slide doors installation. The windows and slides were great quality, beautiful, and eliminate noise from outside completely. Installers did an outstanding job to complete 12 windows and 3 slides installation include a well clean up in 2.5 days. They also completed a job on my target timeline of 6 weeks include order windows/slides, work permit and installation. Highly recommend a great contractor for impact windows and slide doors installation in Sarasota area.

The Company: I received 3 quotes to have 10 windows replaced of various sizes on my 1987 stucco home. When you get your quotes, I strongly suggest you compare each line item to verify you have "apples to apples" quotes for the window type, other materials, and labor. Also, compare the contract language (disclaimers). Al's estimator is very efficient and answered my questions with just the facts so all was easy to understand. If Mr. Salazar or his estimator sees something on your home that may be a potential extra cost, they explain it in detail, before you sign the contract. Al estimated 6-8 wks for window delivery. He ordered on 12/2 and they were in on 1/24. Impressive as two holidays were between those dates. They verified my windows were correct and called me with available install dates. I chose 2/12 and half day on 2/13.
The Work: Al's crew arrived on schedule; they placed each new window where it belonged to verify before installation. Two fellows began prepping a work area while another prepped each existing window for removal. They worked efficiently and professionally. Covered floors where they walked and furnishings that were close enough to get dust/debris on them. Their cleanup was great, more important, installation was performed excellently. This is a big investment, do yourself a favor and choose an honest company that takes pride in maintaining their good name and stands behind their work.
