Al and his entire crew were amazing to work with from start to finish and beyond. The doors and windiws they installed were comoleted with perfection to our specifications. They are even going above the normal customer service and care. Due to unforseen curcustances with our previous company (business foreclosure and incomplete work) they are able to maintain our warranty for all the windows and doors we have had installed for any repairs needed in the future. Highly recommend - 10 out of 10!!!
Our project involved (3) Wind/Impact-rated doors (Miami-Dade standard) with one of the doors having a sidelight.
We narrowed our search to (5) vendors and based our decision on vendor experience, reviews/recommendations, price, and presentation. We selected Advanced Home Window and Door (Advanced Home). Their pricing was fair, and the expectations and project timeline were very thorough and realistic. The reviews from various ratings sites were exceptional and confirmed the attributes that we were looking for.
Sales rep, Anthony, was engaging, answered all questions, and was an excellent representative for his company. Al, the owner, was very professional as he provided final measurements, answered all technical questions, confirmed all parts/materials, laid out the specific scope and timing of the project, and verified the original pricing estimate.
The Install team was focused, knowledgeable and responsive. All replaced doors, woodwork and materials were removed and the site thoroughly cleaned. The Finishing work was nicely completed after inspection, and the painter that Al recommended was experienced and quite reasonable. Dawn managed all Admin components in a friendly and thorough manner.
The County Inspection and My Safe Florida Home Wind Mitigation inspections passed with “flying colors”.

I had an old door with 2 glass block side lites replaced with an impact rated door and side lites. Getting the old one out was tricky, but the installers were up to the task. I was very impressed with their skill and professionalism. Inspection passed without issue. I would deal with them again.
The installation, communication and customer service was superior! It's so refreshing to work with a company that puts their customers first and takes pride in their work.
We first met Anthony who came to our house for an estimate. Extremely professional and personable. We then met his dad, the owner, who came to do the final measurement. Again, very personable and professional. Next were the installers. We like the fact that they have their own employees and not sub-contractors, and they too, were extremely professional.
