From start to finish, our window and door replacement could not have been better. The estimator, Fred, gave us plenty of options to choose from, and was full of valuable information. When Al came out to measure everything, I noticed that he really paid attention to details. As a result, the crew was fully prepared for the project when they showed up. They were very clean and careful in their work, so our final cleaning was minimal. I also noticed that the crew paid attention to minor details, such as exact measurements. They were like a well oiled machine, the way they worked together. The inspection was yesterday, and as we expected, no problems. They will be here today to put up the finishing trim pieces, and I expect that to be awesome as well. Great job all around!
We had great, professional service and overall experience using this company. Being new to the area, many people referenced using local companies for service and they were definitely right. The customer service was great and pricing of two hurricane doors with permits/install came out to the same price as one door through Home Depot. Seamless process and happy with the end result.
